im ~5.6" tall and around 65kg 20 year old male. Ive been working out for almost the last two months to get the strong core (6 pack abs). Ive been a junk food addict, but i have been clean for the last two months. I also stopped drinking soda and other drinks. I was told to do intervals on the treadmill, and thats what i have been doing. At first i began 1 min at level 14, 2 min at level 10, and finally 3 mins at level 8. But then i was advised to lower it down because thats cardio and not focusing on fat burning. Currently im doing 1 min of 14 or 16, and 2 mins of 4.5 - 5.5. im noticing very little change with the abs, as i stil have a large belly. I started taking lipo6 because the pills i used Lean-R hasnt been helping. Is what im doing right, or is there anything else i should try. Oh, i also have been doing ~150 ab 3 times a week exercises (4 sets of 25 crunches, and ~80 leg raises in 4 sets).
