Apple Cider Vinegar for Weight Loss

I believe the final straw was at my daughters concert when we were asked to sit in rows on bleachers. This was a packed event and there was barely room on the bleachers for me and my extra baggage; Otherwise known as my stomach. I kept bumping into the women in front of me with my excess weight around my mid section. I was uncomfortable and so were others around me.
I was so embarrassed by the constant interruptions to those around me I didn’t even enjoy the school event. My daughter never realized why I was uncomfortable but I was not able to celebrate her pride and fun as much as I would have liked because of my being ashamed.
I decided enough was enough. I found a natural solution to weight loss and I tried it. It actually began to work and once I got started there was no stopping me. My confidence increased and the weight kept coming off.

Apple Cider Vinegar, I used it on everything, salads, and pastas, anything that I ate I could use it for a topping, and if I couldn’t use it in a tasteful manner, I diluted a capful in a cup of water and drank it religiously every day. I tell you the results were amazing. The vinegar coupled with my daily walking routing, really shed the pounds.
I wish everyone would give it a dedicated try. Three weeks a cup full of
Apple Cider Vinegar a day, works wonders. It is actually great for acid reflux also, so for me it helped two birds with one stone. As being over weight caused my reflux. Now I still have a ways to go, but I fit in my own space in the bleachers now!!
