Back Pain Exercise That Worked For Me

I have sciatica, not a herniated disc or a bulge, just aggravated sciatica. I stand straight with my legs together hands on my hip and bend backwards.


So far, when I start to feel the pain, I do this and it stops. I am going to do this on a regular basis along with the other back strengthening exercises above.
