Be Consistent and Vary Your Abs Exercises

When I work out at the gym i often do my ab workouts with a medicine ball and a sit up bench or I do leg raises on an air seat.
The best exercise that I have found is on the sit up bench I use a 7 kg weight medicine ball and I do a set of 25 reps. For this you will need a partner to toss you the ball.
First you go down without the ball and then your partner throws you the ball and you do a sit up holding the ball. Once you come up once with the ball throw it back to your partner and repeat. The two sit ups combined will be counted as one repetition.
With the leg raises just keep your legs straight and get your feet up as high as you can.
Just make sure to be consistent. I hope this helped you out!
