C-sections

I have had three c-sections. My three kids are two years apart and the doctor told me that that was too soon for c-sections to reoccur. But I did it. So if you think that you can never get rid of the pouch hanging over the cut a little you are wrong.


I haven't gotten rid of it, yet I still have a little one. Before I had my third kid I lost a lot of that c-section fat. My secret was eating healthy, drinking lots of water and the sauna suit.

I also had ankle weights and arm weights. I went walking and jogging about 2 miles a day, then I would do pilates right afterwards. On top of that I would do cycling on the exercise bike until my legs would shake from doing so much.

I tried sooo hard to lose weight and I did in like a month to a month and a half. But the thing about was that I was taking stackers 3 and those were taking over me. I would get real nauseated and shaky. Sometimes I felt like I couldn't breathe. But that was my secret back then. Now I tried to take stackers again but it was just too much for me.
