I like the Paleomeal as it does not contain a lot of sugar (1 gr), has 17 gr of protein, low cal, minimal carbs and it's very 'pure' not creepy additives. Great for a fast breakfast or as a mini meal. Use it with the Almond Breeze low cal milk, some cinnamon a few ice cubes and 1/2 a banana. always an energizer
