Green Smoothie Recipe - it actually tastes good!
Green Smoothie Recipe
Handful of spinach leaves
1 or 2 kale leaves
1/4 cup water
blend to a slurry
Add 1/3 of a cucumber
1 pear or apple
1-2 tsp honey
1 tbsp lemon juice
pinch of salt
1-2 tbsp ground flax seed
blend to slurry
add 10-12 ice cubes
(depending on your blender, you may have to crush the ice by hand first)
Blend until ice is well crushed and it it smoothie consistency.
