Green tea can help you lose weight

It may not sound realistic, but green tea can help you lose weight. Now that the holidays are behind us and we gained a few pounds more, this is a time to think again about weight loss again. I know we all enjoyed the delicious meals and cakes, but January can really be to rude after Christmas and New Year’s parties.
Anyway,
green tea is known for its useful effect on weight loss, and not just that, it’s recognized to be healthy and helpful in some recovery periods (for example, after chemotherapy).
I’ve been drinking it for over five years now – every time I needed some help in getting back my old figure. I didn’t make many changes in my every day menu, I only threw out a little bit of sweets (like cookies and biscuits), and started to exercise – 10 minutes on orbitrek.
It’s always important to include fresh fruits and vegetables in your diet - they’ll help you gain your energy back and combined with some physical activity and
green tea you’ll get to in your old jeans in no time. It sounds very hard to start, but you must be determined and take one step at the time.
