Peach Green Tea Smoothie1 large peach, sliced and pitted1/2 a banana1 green tea bag1/2 cup ice cubes1 tbsp honey Directions: Brew 1/2 cup of green tea (brewing fresh is best) and chill with ice cubes or Brew 1 cup of green tea and chill in refrigerator. Next blend the green tea, banana, and peaches until smooth while adding honey for sweetness. Enjoy!
Green Tea Smoothie1 decaffinated green tea bag2/3 cup water1/2 cup mango, cubed1 wedge fresh lime juice2 cups crushed ice Heat water and brew tea. Let cool. Place cooled tea, mango, lime juice, and crushed ice in a blender and blend until thick and smooth. Adjust ice to the consistency you like best. If you want a sweeter taste, add some honey.
Energizing Green Tea Smoothie1 cup green tea (room temp or cold)*1 handful spinach1 apple, cored and chopped1 banana, peeled and choppedpinch nutmeg Heat water and brew tea. Let cool. Blend all of the
