Hip flexor pregnancy exercise
This exercise helped my hip pain during pregnancy.
Lay at the edge of the bed with your right at the edge. Bend both legs. Take the top leg and let it stretch behind you and hang a bit.
This stretches the hip flexors and helps relieve plan caused by sciatic pain. This can also be done by getting on your knees on the floor. Take one leg and put your foot on the floor in front on you. Let the other leg stretch behind you. The last way to do it is to get on your knees with your legs semi open. put your hands on your feet and stretch backwards.
