Mommy of two, two and under
I have had 2 c-sections, my son, first born left me with horrible stretch marks and 9 months later I was pregnant again with my daughter. The first time I started working out 6 weeks to the day. I should have given my self more time.
I had a golf ball size of scar tissue cut out of me. The second time I waited about 5 months before I did any stomach exercise. Now I do 150 sits ups a night and other types of stomach exercise every night. Which now I can fill a mass(scar tissue I think) above my scar. Not sure if that is just me the scar tissue problem.
As far as the stretch marks go I believe only a tummy tuck will help. I have faith that one day I'll get back to before but I do have the two most wonderful bundles of joy in the world.
