My Favorite Stretch Routine on the Floor

I start my favorite stretches on the floor because laying down doesn't seem like exercise and as I do a few sets (usually ten to start with) of each routine I begin to warm up and feel more like exercising.
I stretch out, wiggle around until I'm comfortable then begin lifting first my right leg and my left arm (holding 2 lb weights)straight up, next my left leg and right arm. As I feel energy flowing into my muscles I move faster alternating limbs.
Next I lift both legs, and both arms together so that all four limbs are in the air. Next I do what I call scissors, where I lift both legs and arms straight up then spread them wide apart to the side.
This is followed by a hip rolling stretch where I raise one leg at a time and with the big toe of that leg's foot roll my hip until my toe touches the floor, I do the opposite leg then pull my knees to my chest and roll from side to side letting my legs touch the floor.
I then sit up spread my legs wide apart, reach left hand to right toe and right hand to left toe, then both hands to my left foot, to the floor between my legs as far as I can reach then both hand to my right foot.
Next I kneel and stretch my head forward and one leg at a time as far back as I can. Then I stand and touch my toes. Once I have done all these stretches I feel good.
