My Victory Against Obesity

after!
I dealt with a lot during my childhood, the death of my mother being the biggest obstacle, and me and my dad turned to food. Theres no excuse for it, but it is a common comfort among todays society.
One day i decided enough was enough and I wanted to experience everything all other normal teenagers do. I got on the scale and faced the number...195. I was so shocked, that number is way way way to big for my petite 5'3" frame. But instead of feeling bad for myself, i got to work and used it as motivation to change. And i did. I worked out 4 times every week, made myself learn to love it and dieted. I wrote down everything i ate every single day, stopped drinking pop, and spent my Friday nights at the gym. In a period of about 6 months i lost a total of 75 pounds. I now weigh around 120 (it differs weekly) and have never been more comfortable with myself.
My advice to anyone looking to lose weight is to set goals, and believe in yourself. You can accomplish anything if you want it bad enough.
