Twin Unwanted C-Section

I didn't plan on having a c-section, but I just moved, and the doctors I just started seeing told me at the last minute their hospital didn't allow vaginal delivery with more then one baby. So yeah, they forced me to have one.
Baby A was down and ready, but Baby B was breach, but they didn't care. I was scared out of my mind, and the nurses were talking amongst themselves, and I overheard them say I was acting like the babies I was about to have cause I was crying.
Then, I lost too much blood and went cold, so they took me in another room were the nurse kept telling me I needed blood, or my twins would become ophans. I kept refusing, and she kept pushing that was until my sister finally showed up.
But now all I can do is care for my twins and take it one day at a time.
To be honest I think I'm still recovering. It's been almost six months, and every now and then I still feel these shooting pin pricks go from my scar up my stomach. Sometimes, they get so bad I have to sit down.
Hoping I can get back to my workout soon, but every time I try my stomach feels like it's on fire, and it hurts.
So my advise is everyone's different. Take it slow. Do what your body says you can do, even if the doctor says you can go back to doing what you want and did before.
YOUR BODY KNOWS BEST. Let it be your judge.
If you're breast feeding drink a lot don't forget the per-pills. Still, even if you're not, drink a lot of water. It helps get ride of water weight. Odd, yes, but it works.
Squats where your bottom touches the back of your heals. It supports your stomach and strengthens your leg muscles. Legs in front, not on the sides.
I have learned building up leg and arm muscles first is good.
You may find it amazing how much of your body is affected by a c-section. Go slow, and even when your doctor releases you, don't go lift a bed ... that was one of my very not good ideas.
Take it SLOW.
