Want my six pack back after two c-sections

I have had two c-sections with the last one being four years ago. I have lost all my weight but can't get my abs to tighten what would be the best routine for me.

This is a very common question because many women experience what you have experienced, especially after having c-sections.

Many people want the "quick fix" and "miracle exercise" to flatten their abs. There are exercises that can help, but it is also important to realize that spot reduction in and of itself doesn't work. I wish it did because it would make things so much easier :)

In order to get the best results, you also need to incorporate aerobic exercise and strength training to burn calories and increase your metabolism.
